About our Payment Schedule
Tuition Agreement
Each family must read, sign and return a Payment Acknowledgement Form to the office. The Payment Acknowledgement Form is a form you sign stating you read, understand, and will abide by the below payment policies and procedures.
An initial payment is required before starting care. Your initial payment must be paid by the Friday prior to the starting week. Your initial payment includes registration, supply fee (depending on programs), or summer field trip/activity fee (depending on fall or summer session), and your first week of tuition. Registration and the summer field trip/activity fees are non-refundable.
Weekly tuition is due every Friday prior to the week of service. Mom’s Tot Spot does not offer pro-rates or refunds for any reason including absences, sickness, holidays, emergency closings, early withdrawals, late admittance, or inclement weather. Therefore, full weekly tuition payments are due even if your child is absent one or more days during the calendar week. After 6 months of enrollment your child is eligible for one week of vacation.
